1. In production capacity: first, CHOCTAEK imported 8 CNC machines and 3 WEDM machine from Japan, so we processing the main parts of moulds by ourselves. The precision and quality of mould can be controlled very well by ourselves.
2.The high precision of mould can work well, so the capacity will not be affected by mould.
3.Second, our machine work stable and easy to operate, the normal speed is from 40 to 70 strokes per minute (it depends on container size and shape); and our machine has enough big working stable is 1300*1000mm for big model machine.
4. Therefore, the production capacity is big, and enough for customers’ demand.

In design, CHOCTAEK has designing team, headed by our boss. They always keep on leaning and will give the best design to customers to improve the quality, stronger and appearance.
For example, different wall ribs design, bottom design, corner design and so on.
