1. The coil of aluminium container machine can be supported by 3” or 6” expansion shaft according to deferent’s requirement. And The lubricate oil tank is included in the feeder which could lubricate automatically.
2. The operating control panel of aluminium foil food container making machine is equipped with a touch screen (SIEMENS) allowing quick set up of machine parameter and visualization of production flow.
3. A control panel is installed with PLC with memorial function, which can memorize all parameters. And it will save time for setting up of moulds.
The aluminium foil food container making machine NC-1300 is designed and developed specially for the aluminum food containers, dishes and aluminium foil cup making machine. From the feeder to stacker, from feeding to punching to stacking, the finished aluminum fol containers can be obtained finally.
The main body of press of NC-1300 is H-frame press. It’s easy mold replacement and surface production, the bed plate of forming machine equipped two die shifting arm and a die lifter mounted on the press which can change molds high efficiency.
